It’s official: Sacha Baron Cohen is coming back to TV — this very weekend, in fact.

Showtime announced the British comedian will launch a new half-hour series called “Who Is America?” Sunday (10 EDT/PDT), though fans can catch a preview via streaming and OnDemand starting at midnight EDT/9 p.m. Saturday PDT.

“In the works over the past year, the seven-episode series will explore the diverse individuals, from the infamous to the unknown across the political and cultural spectrum, who populate our unique nation,” the network said in a statement Monday.

Showtime president David Nevins called Cohen “the premier provocateur of our time, but not for the sake of ‘gotcha’ moments. Behind the elaborate setup is a genuine quest for the truth about people, places and politics.”
