On Friday’s Mark Levin Show the host gave his reaction to news that the DNC is suing Russia, the Trump campaign, and WikiLeaks over supposed interference in the 2016 election.
“The Democrat Party just made a massive mistake,” Levin said.

Levin explained that when the Democrats filed a lawsuit they opened themselves up to discovery.
Discovery is a pre-trial procedure in a lawsuit where each party involved, via civil procedure, can request and receive evidence from the other party or parties which includes answers to interrogatories, documents, and depositions.
Here’s the deal. The Democrats are so desperate to get some traction for the coming midterm elections they pulled this stunt as a pile-on story they can use in campaign commercials, but in reality they made themselves vulnerable to the legal process.
