You are not allowed to use an IQ test to make people eligible to vote but there should absolutely be one for reporters in the daily White House briefing to keep us from having to hear Jim Acosta and April Ryan. It’s as if they are in competition to see who can come up with the most asinine question. If they are, the contest is way too close to call.
